PhD Candidate @ MIT

Email:

I am a PhD candidate in Social and Engineering Systems at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. My research focuses on formalizing social and behavioral theories through mathematical modeling and simulation. Broadly, I am interested in systems modeling and its applications to social and behavioral phenomena. I am currently supported by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship. My published work can be found on my Google Scholar page.

Prior to being at MIT, I graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 with a master's in Chemical Engineering, and in 2021 with bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering, Philosophy, and Economics. My past research spans many fields including control systems engineering, metaphysics, and biophysics.

I was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona and currently live in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Outside of my academic work, I am a painter and photographer with a focus on portraiture. I also spend a lot of time walking around the Boston area, exploring different parks and neighborhoods. My photography can be found here
